Your Best Years Are Ahead
by Robert Fisher
Most people reach their sixties with money but no energy, time but no purpose, and freedom but no idea what to do with it. The habits you build now determine which version of that future you get.
Your Best Years Are Ahead presents twelve practical keys for strengthening your body, sharpening your mind, deepening your relationships, and protecting what you’ve built. Developed through nearly seven decades of lived experience, these keys are designed for busy professionals who want real results without radical overhaul.
Inside, readers will discover how to:
* Improve sleep quality to restore mental clarity and emotional balance
* Rebuild a healthy relationship with food that is sustainable and enjoyable
* Maintain strength, balance, and mobility as you age
* Develop emotional resilience and strengthen personal connections
* Create an annual plan that turns good intentions into measurable progress
Each key can be adopted one month at a time, making meaningful change achievable alongside a full and demanding life. The best time to start was twenty years ago. The second best time is today.
