The Yellow Diamond
by Michelle Grahame
A priceless jewel. A dangerous secret. A mystery that reaches from Regency England to the courts of India.
When Mrs. Amanda Fletcher unexpectedly becomes the keeper of a magnificent yellow diamond—known as The Light of the Sun—she quickly discovers that the gem carries more than extraordinary beauty. It carries a past.
Entrusting the diamond to the enigmatic Marquis of Coverdale for safekeeping, Amanda finds herself drawn into a web of intrigue surrounding the Abbot family, whose history with the jewel may not be what it seems. Strange messages arrive demanding the diamond’s return, while whispers of an old marriage in India raise troubling questions about inheritance, legitimacy, and honor.
As the truth begins to surface, the lives of Sir Piers Abbot, his spirited sister Rosalie, and those around them become entangled in a mystery that stretches across continents and generations. But the greatest question remains: who is the rightful owner of the diamond—and what price will be paid to claim it?
Rich in period detail, romance, and suspense, The Yellow Diamond is a sweeping historical mystery set against the elegant yet dangerous world of Regency England.
