Mireya Frausto is a clinical psychologist from Universidad del Valle de México. She holds a master's degree in Education with a specialisation in Research and Teaching in Higher Education. She has a PhD in Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy from The World Association of Eclectic Hypnotherapists (WAEH). She also holds a PhD in Education and a postgraduate degree in Transdisciplinary Research. She has done both teaching and research at different universities in Spain, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico. She is a member of the International Academy of Eclectic Psychotherapists and The International Gesellschaft Für Integrative Tiefenpsychologische Therapie in Hypsnose. Mireya is the author of An Introduction to Neuroscience (2022), The Biological Basis of Behaviour (2022), and Neurological Disorders (2022), published by Editorial Terracota under their Pax imprint.
