Luv Tulsidas is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and forever engineer. As the founder and CEO of Techolution, he is pioneering enterprise AI transformation to help businesses leap ahead in the new AI-powered economy.
Luv’s journey began on a tiny island in Africa, against all odds he made an improbable leap to an American engineering university—without even finishing high school. That same fearless spirit has defined his career ever since.
At Hertz, while still an intern, he led the development of their e-commerce platform from the ground up—growing it into a multibillion-dollar revenue engine. By the age of twenty-five, he was a global director leading hundreds of IT professionals for a Fortune 500 company. After nearly fifteen years in enterprise, he founded Techolution, which skyrocketed to the Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest-growing companies within four years. He was later honored by Inc. Best in Business for Innovation, and in 2023, he received the AIConics Award as Techolution was named AI Solution Provider of the Year at the AI Summit in New York.
