They live in the moment, trying to grasp all they can out of life. They don’t have time for the “poor me’s.” Instead, they tackle problems with a vibrant ease. Is a person doomed to either have “it” or not? Are there ways to build enthusiasm for and harness more energy into daily activities? The answer is a resounding YES! The cure is ZEST.
