We created this book as a way to help people, not only navigate their way through life but to enjoy the process finding joy and excitement in every day and in every thing.

The incredible results achieved from delivering this content through seminars and private sessions inspired and motivated us to bring this information to as many people as possible. Try to follow the chapter order in the book taking one chapter at a time. Of course, you can skip forward to chapters that resonate with you but trust the process. If you read the chapters in the order they are laid out and do the exercises at the end of each chapter; you will achieve results.

The book is designed in three sections, in the first, you discover and acknowledge that it is OK to be human and what that means for you.

In the second section, myths and beliefs built up over the years are discussed, and you learn how to disregard, or at least identify and understand, their influence over you.

In the final section, you learn how to move forward. You are given skills, coping mechanisms, tips and tricks on how to encourage an attitude of happiness.

We hope this book serves you. Even if only one chapter, or even a single phrase, resonates, then that makes the writing of it more than worth it.

Sarah-Jane Linley

Sarah-Jane Linley was born and bred in the Cotswolds, UK, but during her self-proclaimed mid-life crisis moved to the beautiful island of Cyprus in the Mediterranean, where she now lives with her two small life companions - 'Cyprus special mix' dogs. She enjoys spending her time exploring the island either walking the dogs or powering her way around it on her 1000cc sports motorbike, which she likens to having her own personal sauna, being wrapped up in bike leathers in the heat of the Cyprus summers!

Sarah has spent most of her working life in the technology industry and has a particular interest in all things internet. She is a performance coach and is passionate about informing and empowering people in all aspects of their life. Skilled in change management in the workplace, she uses this skill in her coaching and is a great advocate of Einstein's premise that changing the way you think is the only way to solve your problems.
