Maxine Lee-Mackie has loved to draw since she was a child. First she drew on the wall, then slowly found a better place to put her pen, like her grandfather's sleeping head. Maxine works with publishers from different countries to bring different characters and stories to life. She currently lives in the UK with her husband, son and dachshund Benny.
