Emily Barton is a Minneapolis-based illustrator whose colorful, playful style brings whimsical imagination to every page. With a background in animation and design, Emily spent years creating vibrant visuals for a local animation studio before transitioning to freelance work where she continues to collaborate with clients big and small. Emily finds her best inspiration from sketching in bogs, going on walks with her dog, Roo, or checking out way too many children's books from her local library.
