News from FIL Guadalajara

Allison met with many Spanish language editors & publishers at this yearโ€™s Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL), the most well-attended (907,300 visitors) in its 38-year history.  In addition to the amazing weather and kindest hosts, FIL is a special mix of business-to-business during the day (over 18,000 publishing professionals), and  the public in the evenings for numerous cultural events, live music and the gathering of friends and colleagues. It made for a primed atmosphere for licensing Spanish language rights to many of our titles. News of these deals to follow in our forthcoming chapter after the New Year.

Congratulations to Finding Mr. Trunks (Familius), winner of the prestigious 2024 PenCraft Book Award. Annemarie Riley Guertinโ€™s heartwarming picture book highlights the positive impact of social media and brings people together to help #FindMrTrunks.
