“Kangazang! coincides with my type of humour. Sarcastic, a bit undergrad in parts, but I like all that!” — Colin Baker, Doctor Who

Independently Published
World Rights Available
Age Range: 7 - 9 years
Funny, fast-paced, and full of heart — the first book in a globe-trotting series where every destination hides a new secret.
On her tenth birthday, Yasmine leaves her palace in the ancient land of Laajmir to travel the world with her mother, a Goodwill Ambassador — beginning with Los Angeles.
Her crew: Majid, her devoted protector and tutor; Hiram, her sleek, regal cat with electric sapphire-blue eyes who moves like a miniature panther; and Jinn Jinn, a grumpy and slightly dramatic genie-in-training whose wishes have a habit of going wrong.
Before leaving, her grandmother, Tavoos the Magnificent, gives her a pink diamond pendant — a treasured family heirloom passed down through generations.
But the morning after arriving at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel, Yasmine reaches into the front pocket of her jacket for it... and it's gone. Too proud to admit it, she decides to solve the mystery herself.
With the help of Steven, an eleven-year-old boy who was adopted just six months ago and is growing up in Hollywood, she races across Los Angeles following a trail of cryptic clues — through Beverly Hills,
Hollywood Boulevard, Paramount Studios, and a glittering movie premiere.
Between near-misses, unexpected twists, and one spectacularly botched spell too many, things don't exactly go as planned...

Or maybe Bert Raccoon’s imagination is getting the better of him. Perhaps his quest to become the best (and only) news reporter in the forest means fiction sounds better than fact. It’s certainly not Sneer’s three Pig henchmen making the young Raccoon cry wolf. Nope, no one will believe Bert’s crazy tales anymore.
But Bert really does have a story: the biggest thing to ever hit the Evergreen Forest. Cyril intends to pave paradise and put up a parking lot.
This new series of books has been specifically created to encourage parents to read along with their children. Each easy-read novel has seven chapters, one for each day of the week, and each chapter contains beautiful illustrations by Terry Cooper based on the original TV series’ artwork. Alongside this, the books feature QR codes which allow the reader to access additional interactive video and music content, bringing these classic stories back to life!
The Raccoons: The One That Got Away
Bert Raccoon, Cedric and Bentley have a secret fishing spot – a beautiful wild lake, home to a legendary catfish called Old Tom. This secret spot is so precious that even Cyril Sneer, now an environmental crusader, loves it and won’t trade it for a big net profit.
But it doesn’t remain a secret for very long. Soon, industry wants a bite of the pond, and all of the Evergreen Forest will suffer. But will anyone face the scales of justice? This is a story of a community coming together to fight for what’s right.
The Raccoons: Blast from the Past!
One fine day in the Evergreen Forest, Cyril Sneer gets a letter from his former business partner...
Yes, Karl Snarl is on his way to get even with Cyril! He’s mean. He’s greedy. He’s grumpy. And he has lovely handwriting (but that’s not strictly relevant). But, all Sneer's henchpigs know for sure is that Karl Snarl must be one seriously scary character, especially if Cyril’s terrified of him!
Time to man the defences! But will they be enough if Snarl huffs and puffs and blows their mansion down? Oh, and Bert Raccoon intends to use a helicopter to deliver newspapers around the Evergreen Forest. But nothing can go wrong with that, can it?
