Bernard Bushell

Bernard Bushell is a former public relations professional and a graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. His experience working with thousands of women during careers in real estate and retailing helped shape his observations about relationships, communication, and the differing expectations men and women may bring to partnership.

He is also the author of The Formula: How I Found It and What It Can Do for You, in which he introduced the relationship equation “E over S equals R”—Ego divided by Security equals Relationship outcome.
