Athena Grace

Biography

Athena Grace aspired to become a writer in 10th grade, but life led her down unexpected paths. From serving in the military to various other jobs, including as a teacher’s assistant, she felt deeply unfulfilled. She eventually seized an opportunity to write articles for her hometown newspaper, though she harbored hopes of reaching a larger audience. It wasn’t until her impending divorce that she fully embraced her true passion. She channeled her experience into a novel about the split, followed by two more. Her aim was to provide emotional support for others enduring divorce, assuring them they were not alone in rediscovering themselves.

A few years later, she returned to writing with an idea for unique children’s books: each would rhyme while weaving an intriguing story. Her works highlight compassion, curiosity, life lessons, inner strength, and the value of children thinking independently. She seeks to inspire goals, ambitions, and adventures through reading, while encouraging young readers to venture outside, explore nature, and observe the world through their own eyes. Recognizing children’s natural inquisitiveness, she aims to cultivate their confidence, desire to help others, and drive to pursue learning.
