Anika’s experience in education as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and behavior analyst allows her to work effectively with educators and school leaders to enhance classroom and school-wide outcomes. She specializes in integrating behavior-analytic technologies and organizational behavior management principles to elevate professional development and educational practices. As an instructional designer, she is skilled at designing and delivering training that results in significant changes and process improvements across all educational levels. Anika strives to empower leaders at every educational level to implement meaningful, lasting improvements. In addition to her fieldwork and consulting, Anika is an accomplished author, having coauthored two best-selling books: QUICK Responses for Reducing Misbehavior and Suspensions: A Behavioral Toolbox for Classroom and School Leaders (1st ed.) and Quick Wins! Using Behavior Science to Accelerate and Sustain School Improvement (2nd ed.). Anika is also a dedicated advocate for behavior science dissemination. Driven by a deep commitment to helping others, Eric Gormley has dedicated his career to education, particularly in specialized schools for students with severe behavioral challenges. In his decades-long career, Eric has focused on supporting children and teens who struggle in traditional classroom settings. His contributions include refining the QUICK Room approach, which has led to a significant reduction in student suspensions across multiple schools. Eric’s experience as a special education teacher motivated him to earn a master’s degree in special education and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). His passion for fostering community participation and enhancing social skills for individuals with special needs has driven him to develop plans for a private school tailored to students with diverse exceptionalities. In addition to his work in schools, Eric is also a behavior analyst, providing ABA services to individuals with special needs in both home and community environments.

With more than 25 years of experience in educational settings, Frank continues to successfully utilize his knowledge of the science of human behavior to support students, clients, staff, and parents in a variety of environments, including private homes, group homes, day-treatment programs, children’s shelters, intensive care facilities, and public and private schools. Frank has had many roles, including program director, principal, behavior analyst, teacher, case manager, and instructor/trainer for several crisis management programs. He has assisted individuals and families struggling with the most challenging behaviors. He served as a principal of a small private school, providing support for 20 to 35 students with emotional behavioral disabilities for 4 years, and focused on addressing challenging behaviors in the setting without the use of suspensions. Frank has also presented at state and national conferences and published his study “Using Auditory Feedback to Improve Striking for Mixed Martial Artists in Behavioral Interventions” in 2019. He is employed with Martin County Schools in Stuart, Florida, as a behavior analyst.
