Tyra Sellers

Tyra Sellers is the CEO of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts and owner of TP Sellers, LLC. She earned a B.A. in Philosophy and M.A. in Special Education from San Francisco State University, a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, a Ph.D. from Utah State University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst®. Her professional and research interests focus on professional ethics, training and supervision, assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, and variability. Dr. Sellers has over 30 years of clinical experience working with individuals with disabilities in a wide variety of settings. She has held positions as an Assistant Professor at Utah State University and as the Director of Ethics at the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®. She has published several journal articles, four co-authored book chapters, co-authored books focused on supervision and mentorship and applied ethics for behavior analysis, and a workbook pair for consulting and new supervisors. She's been a vegetarian for 40 years, she loves flowers, she thinks Twizzlers should be uninvented, and she hopes you know how amazing you are!
Emily Patrizi

Emily Patrizi

Emily Patrizi earned a BS in Elementary and Special Education from East Stroudsburg University, an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage Colleges, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She held a teaching degree within an autism support program before serving across multiple clinical and operational roles within the field. She most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Trumpet Behavioral Health. She has served as a BACB Ethics Subject Matter Expert and established a behavioral program within an interdisciplinary treatment model. Her most important and valued role is being a mom.

Sarah Lichtenberger

Sarah Lichtenberger

Sarah Lichtenberger earned a BA in English and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MA and PhD in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral® . She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in the Neurobehavioral Unit Outpatient Clinic and has held positions as a senior clinician for Trumpet Behavioral Health, the Ethics Education Manager and Assistant Director of Ethics at the BACB®, and the Director of Clinical Standard for Verbal Beginnings.
