"I believe this book provides the structure needed to make excellent decisions. Whether you are a CEO of a large company or a single mother of three, the Framework contained in this book will give any reader the needed empowerment to make authentic choices."
--
Command Sergeant Major Paul E. Shaw, United States Army, retired

"Dr. Tim Yen blends the wisdom of great thinkers, theory, and practical insight with a useful Framework for making optimal decisions. When was the last time you actually considered your emotions, your values, others' values, and reality in a decision you're working through? The Framework will challenge you to be mindful and much more aware of how to process each of these important elements. Yen brings it together like a handbook for making the seemingly small, and obviously large, decisions."

Mindy Wegner, TEDx speaker, Founder of Mindy Meets, non-profit business consultant, and executive leadership coach

"For anyone who has struggled with the hard work of making thoughtful decisions, Dr. Yen does an excellent job helping us understand the roots and consequences of poor decision making while finally offering a clear, comprehensive Framework for better decision making. He uses interesting examples that pull the reader in and illustrate his points. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has found themselves delaying, avoiding, or simply not being happy with the way they have made decisions. This gem of a book is easy to follow and will teach you a lot!"

Dr. Timothy Yen has been honored with the B.R.A.G.Medallion (Book Readers Appreciation Group). It now joins the very select award-winning, reader-recommended books at indieBRAG:

"Choose Better is a very a wise book, with a coherent argument and a clear presentation of a practical solution -- Framework -- to a very common conundrum -- why do we human beings make choices that go against our best interests? How is it that some of our choices are made without our even realizing we've CHOSEN at all. The author is well qualified to present this discussion. Dr. Yen's examples are interesting and real. I have already recommended it to a friend.
