Lesley Roberts

Lesley became a member of the club no parent wants to join – that of a Mum of a much-loved son who died by suicide. Lesley grew up by the sea in North Wales and has returned there to help her come to terms with her agony. She has written a heart-wrenching account of her journey through grief in the hope of helping other bereaved parents and those like Alex suffering the chronic pain left by circumcision. Lesley was a primary school teacher and is now Ambassador for ‘15 Square’, a charity providing advice and support for men damaged by circumcision.
