Irma Hernández de Montiel

Irma Hernández de Montiel is a mother, a wife, a fabulous cook, and the creator of countless recipes in which she brings into play her talent, creativity, and knowledge about the benefits of healthy eating. In the early seventies, along with her husband and children, Irma decided to move from Mexico City to El Grullo, Jalisco, to collaborate in the creation of the now renowned Centro Naturista Daniel Arreola. Her experience of over 20 years in this centre and her permanent interest in learning about natural medicine, nutrition, and cooking have enabled her to create balanced recipes that give people the chance to improve their habits to recover and maintain their health. She is the author of La cocina de Lezaeta (2022), published by Pax.
