Description

Life has a way of throwing us for a loop. Have you ever wondered why some people seem to have it all together and are thriving, while you feel you’re stuck in place or even just surviving?

With over twenty years of experience as a successful career consultant and life coach through her practice FlexCareers Consulting, parenting three adult children, and teaching college students, author Christine Fruehwirth knows what it takes to push through life’s challenges and come out on the other side with a better understanding of yourself and your purpose in life. In The Four Stages of Living: Your Guide to Surviving Life’s Storms and Thriving in the Aftermath, she walks you through her SSET (survive, stabilize, emerge, and thrive) framework, as well as her definition of full potential, to show you that thriving is achievable no matter what stage of life you are in.

Whether you or someone you love are launching adult life, experiencing a career transition or a relationship struggle, in the throes of parenting or the empty nest phase, the SSET framework will guide you on your survive-to-thrive journey. Through inspirational stories, research, and practical advice, you will be able to confidently weather life’s storms, embrace transitions as transformations, and truly thrive in life.
