Description

When a child sends out an open call for a best friend, the most unlikely candidates apply for the job. But when each candidate disappoints, the child's list of requirements grows longer and longer--and more and more ridiculous! Only when she discovers that the way to find a friend is through being a good friend does she finally find the right person for the position.

This humorous picture book is sure to make you laugh and will spur great conversations with children about what it means to be a good friend.

Awards & Endorsements

Joanna Ho, New York Times bestselling author of Eyes that Kiss in the Corners, illustrated by Dung Ho

"Seeking Best Friend is the story of a young girl looking to find the perfect pal, but discovers along the way that kindness is just the beginning of a good friendship. It's not easy to find someone who knows how to treasure hunt and adventure in all the right ways! This sweet story rings with a truly child-centered perspective and will have readers giggling and smiling on every page."
