How to Keep Your Wife on your Team
What does it really mean to lead a marriage—and still make sure your wife knows she is a valued, essential part of the team?
Drawing on more than thirty years of marriage counseling and his own decades-long marriage, Wesley W. Hunter offers Christian husbands practical, Scripture-centered guidance for building a relationship marked by love, unity, respect, and lasting commitment.
Using Ephesians 5 as a foundation, Hunter challenges husbands to love sacrificially while paying close attention to their wives’ spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. Along the way, he tackles the realities every marriage faces: communication breakdowns, conflict and forgiveness, intimacy, infidelity, blended-family challenges, changing seasons of life, and the daily work of truly knowing your spouse.
Readers will discover how to listen with purpose, invest in their wife’s dreams, pray together, protect their marriage, resolve disagreements constructively, and build a legacy of faith and partnership for the next generation.
