Description

Help your child grow calm, confident, and kind—through fun, hands-on emotional learning.

Children experience big feelings every day. The Kids' A–Z of Emotional Regulation & Well-Being turns those moments into opportunities for growth, mindfulness, and connection.

Co-created by a child educational psychologist, this engaging social-emotional learning workbook helps children ages 6–9 explore feelings, build resilience, and practice empathy through playful, alphabet-themed activities.

🌟 Simple tools for big feelings: Kids learn to notice body cues, name emotions, and find calm when things feel “too much.”
🌟
Confidence and kindness: Positive prompts and reflection pages nurture self-esteem, empathy, and emotional strength.
🌟
Fun and meaningful: Gentle guidance, colorful illustrations, and creative exercises make learning about emotions enjoyable—perfect for home, classroom, or as a thoughtful seasonal gift.

A warm, practical way to support your child's emotional growth—this season and beyond.
