Ahmad Reza Ahmadi

Born in 1940, Ahmad Reza has written more than 50 stories for children for which, he was nominated among the five finalists of the Hans Christian Andersen in 2010. With more than 50 poetry books for adults, he is also called the founder of modern poetry in Iran. Moreover, Ahmad Reza is a painter whose works have been displayed in several exhibitions and has been in charge of the music department of Iran’s Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults.

Holding a master’s degree in illustration, Noushin is not only an illustrator of books for children and adolescents, but also a photographer. Noushin is inspired by Iranian miniature and thus, employs the elements through a modern expression. She received the Grand Prix Award from the 50th Belgrade Golden Pen Biennale in 2019 and won illustration award of Bologna Book Fair in 2022.
