Noelle Cook

Noelle Cook is an author, filmmaker, and researcher who explores how identity, belief, and belonging shape extremist communities—especially among women. Her book, The Conspiracists: Women, Extremism, and the Lure of Belonging (2026), draws on five years of immersive fieldwork to trace the gendered and cultural roots of conspiratorial thinking. She is also Associate Producer of The Conspiracists, a feature documentary by Page75 Productions. Cook’s work bridges academia and media, offering a grounded, human look at how ordinary people come to believe extraordinary things.
