Michael Stelzer, Ph.D., PE is an electrical engineer, researcher, and author whose work bridges mathematics, engineering, and real-world applications. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University and has extensive professional credentials, including licensure as a Professional Engineer and certifications in electronics, project management, and Six Sigma methodologies.
